Lava kusha is a complete entertainer which is really a beginning for many. Aju Varghese and Neeraj Madhav debut as Heroes and Neeraj Madhav makes his entry into the field of script writing with Lavakusha. Directed by Gireesh Mano after the well-known movie Nee Ko Nja Cha, Lavakusha entertains all sorts of viewers regardless children or family or youth. The movie is a spy comedy of coincidence which is tried so rarely in Malayalam movies these days.




The story revolves around two youngsters, Lavan and Kushan, who accidentally meet at a bar in Chennai and their bond grows as the time passed. On their journey back to Kerala with a dream of prosperous future, they meet a pretty girl and another guy who change their life thereafter. 

Neeraj and Aju Varghese make a fabulous entry as mainstream heroes and their characters are extremely funny. They make  trolls get applause from the audience. They have done their roles to the perfection and has succeeded to delivering the viewers what they expect from these two actors. The entry of Biju Menon was interesting but the second entry made the goosebumps for all. Though he looks serious in his outfits his own way of dialogue delivery andand mannerisms make the audience being entertained with those sense of humor.


Lavakusha is all about a fun risked life and there are many who come to entertain. Deepti Sati as Sheetal/ Jennifer looks pretty and acts boldly. Nirmal as Sumesh makes some funny moments with his own trademark – the voice and gestures. But it was Vijay Babu as Adv Zylex stole the last moments with his role and his daughter Angel who speaks like an innocent devil, essayed by Akshara Kishore, amazed all. Major Ravi, Anjali, Thesni Khan and Janardhanan etc made this funny spy story more attractive. There had been many fresh humors throughout the movie which stand close to the current affairs. 

Lavakusha has gifted a new script writer for through Neeraj Madhav and he has handled it in a well manner not to loose the attention of the audience at any point. Gopi Sunder’s scores were impressive and Prakash Velayudhan captured the Lavakusha moments on a good track with his cam. Johnkutty’s final edits give a satisfactory experience for the audience. If you are looking for a pure entertainer with all those elements you want to see on the screen, do not miss Lavakusha on the big screen.
