Nene Raju Nene Mantri Movie Review: Baahubali has taken many person’s standards more than what they are. Three of them has outdone their previous best and gave their personal best performances in entirety. One of them is Rana Daggubati, who was seen in the powerful antagonist, Bhallaladeva. Now, after the success he is coming back again with Nene Raju Nene Mantri, which is a political drama. Nene Raju Nene Mantri is a political thriller written and directed by ace filmmaker Teja. Rana Daggubati, Kajal Aggarwal and Catherine Tresa are playing the lead roles in the film. The movie rides on a lot of hype owing to Rana’s presence. This is as formula film as it gets in Telugu cinema.

Nene Raju Nene Mantri is Telugu political thriller film written and directed by Teja, featuring Rana DaggubatiKajal Aggarwal and Catherine Tresa in the lead roles.

Story: Nene Raju Nene Mantri is an Indian political thriller film, chronicling the life of Jogendra, a messiah of masses, and his rise and fall as a politician. Jogendra is a financier and lends money to the people around him. But as the days pass, he grow his interest towards the politics and directly eyes for the Chief Minister position. Radha(Kajal Agarwal) is the heart of the film as he does everything for her. Jogendra has this entire journey of evolution from a man to monster.

Radha is kind of his moral balance and his stabilising factor. Everything that happens in this film is for the love Jogendra has for her. A simple man from a simple world moves into the crazy dark side of life. The life of power and crime and that’s where Devika Rani (Catherine) is established in the film.

Review: The best thing in the movie is the story, which directly connects to many of them. The good and dirty politics that our politicians play in our daily life was shown perfectly. Rana Daggubati can be seen as Jogendra in the film impressed everyone. The chemistry between Radha and Jogendra is brilliant. Teja’s direction became one of the highlights for the movie.
Anup Rubens has composed the music for Nene Raju Nene Mantri. The album comprises six tracks – Jogendra Jogendra, Sukhibhava, Devuditho Samaram, Radhamma Radhamma, Sumangali, Kathulatho Kolimi. The album as such hasn’t garnered a buzz as such except for the song Jogendra Jogendra.
Perfomance:
Rana as Jogendra is flawless. He emoted very well. Kajal is perfect as Radha. Catherine Tresa as TV reporter added glamour quotient and is super-hot. She played good length role. The casting was just perfect with Navadeep, Posani, Asutosh Rana performing well.
The film is shot realistically in natural locales. Venkat C Dileep explores the barren lands and the gigantic canyons in Kurnool quite well. Editing it’s adequate as it complements the movie’s flow. Production values are quite impressive.
Nene Raju Nene Mantri Movie Verdict : A worth watch who has interest in politics. The sentiment which is a little too dragging towards the end of second half will test your patience. The movie is overall a good Film.
